- Attended meetings to choose/onboard prod co and director

- Attended shoot with a main responsibility of making sure the schedule was followed and the talent are happy
- Post production: making sure deadlines are met and owning creative testing for messaging/artwork

Wilderness
- Joined during the pre-shoot stage
- Attended creative meetings with the agency and team conducting the shoot
- It was a photo and social shoot, so we were capturing both static and AV assets
- Helped to the organise the shoot, liaising with multiple POCs to make sure that the day would run smoothly and that we had everything we needed on set
- Supported the lead producers on set, giving creative feedback and making sure we stayed on schedule
- Post production: I helped with the social delivery and media plan, both owned & operated and ATL
After Everything
- For this shoot I helped the lead producer to liaise with our agency about the location, equipment and accommodation we would be using/booking, as well as discussing the content that we would be capturing on the day.
- During the shoot, I supported the producer we were working with on set, giving any suggestions or feedback for the talent answering our interview questions.
- I made sure we were staying on schedule for the shoot, and that we captured all of the footage that we planned.
- For the post production process, my job was to work with both our creative agency, and localisation agency, as they created the social media assets that we captured content for.
- We had a very tight schedule to turn these around, so we had to make sure we were being very proactive and keeping on top of all aspects.
- This was my first time being so involved with the arranging of a shoot, and it taught me a lot about the process of booking a studio/production co, and the costs of those kinds of things.
- It also was a great learning experience to have such a short time to deliver these assets, as it showed me that I’m able to work well under pressure, and adapt in a fast paced environment.
LOL: Last One Laughing
- Worked with the internal design team in order to create static and AV assets for 3 series of the franchise ‘LOL: Last One Laughing’ across multiple countries.
- I liaised with the Brand Managers and agencies to gain feedback and amends, which I then relayed to the designers in order to make the assets perfect for everyone.
- I had to carry out quality assurance for all of the assets, and make sure they were in line with the guidelines that are outlined in our toolkit.
- I did the same process for the trailers, except this time working with an external agency, relaying feedback from the brand manager as well as myself, in order to create an asset that tells the correct story, and appeals to the audience that we’re targeting.
- Thanks to our work over the last few months, we have been able to save a lot of money in the post production process by using our internal team.
- We have also created templates based on the assets that we have made, which will make the process a lot quicker for future seasons.
- We have been focusing on automating and setting up standard operating practices, which is a huge help for the wider team, and will continue to save us money in the future.
Urban: La vida es nuestra
- Was the first shoot I ever attended. Working overnight in an abandoned prison is certainly a unique first experience!
- We were filming social assets as well as a music video for promo
- I was given the responsibility of helping one of our marketing team oversee the filming of the social videos – making sure that we were capturing the content we had planned, and that it was sticking to the guidelines we have at Prime Video
- Once the social content had been captured, I supported the main producer filming the music video – adding comments and suggestions where needed
- My other responsibility for this campaign was raising purchase orders and making sure we stayed within budget
The Grand Tour - Scandi Flick
- Main responsibilities were overseeing the budget/raising relevant purchase orders, and carrying out quality assurance for our deliverable assets.
- The campaign had a wide span of locales which we were delivering to, so there were a lot of different versions for each trailer to be checked and approved
- Good opportunity to learn different legal/advertising rules in other countries, and how to cater for them
Clarkson's Farm - S2
- Was a really exciting project for me, as it was the earliest I’d been brought on to a project at that point
- Got to attend the creative meetings with different agencies, to decide which creative campaign we would be running
- Created our O&O/Core design brief, so that we knew which assets we had to deliver
- Carried out quality assurance, and helped to deliver the assets after they’d been approved
- Raised relevant purchase orders throughout the campaign
Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power
- First project I was assigned at Prime Video
- Completed quality control checks for static and AV assets
- Worked alongside the localisation producer to make sure all translations were correct
- Helped to raise purchase orders throughout the campaign
- Attended private screening for the first 2 episodes
The Devil's Hour
- Worked with the creative agency in the delivery of assets, and to request cut downs/clips for us to post on different platforms (social, PR etc)
- Carried out quality control checks on delivered assets
- This was a great opportunity for me to become more familiar with some of the agencies we work with, and helped me to understand what the process is to create a trailer out of a selection of clips.
